Health & Wellbeing

- Strong in Health, Strong in Culture -

Our Health and Wellbeing programs provide holistic, culturally safe care that supports Aboriginal families and community. Through our Health Centre and outreach services,
we offer practical support that strengthens health, family and connection to Culture.

From the New Directions program for families to Integrated Team Care, Indigenous Australians Health Program - Outreach, and Social and Emotional Wellbeing services, our team works alongside community to meet health needs with respect and understanding.

Together, these programs ensure that health and wellbeing are not just about treatment, but about belonging, resilience, and living strong in Culture.
