Youth Prevention
& Diversion Program

The Youth Justice Program provides on going trauma informed support for Youth (aged 10 to 24) at risk of offending or entering the criminal justice system.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • On Country experiences

  • Cultural activities

  • Case management

  • Mentoring

  • Court support & Transport

  • Connection with Tasmanian Aboriginal Legal Service / Legal Aid

  • A six week Anger Management Course - Re-navigating Angry and Guilty Emotions (RAGE)

  • Referrals to other service providers (e.g. Centrelink, Psychology, AOD supports)

  • In school supports
