General Manager
The Circular Head Aboriginal Corporation (CHAC) is seeking a culturally connected Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander leader to join us as General Manager. This is an identified role leading our organisation, which empowers Aboriginal people through programs that build identity, confidence, and self-determination, guided by our values of Culture, Care, Community, Capacity, and Capability. As GM you will:

Lead CHAC’s day-to-day operations and strategic growth.

Advocate for our Community and Culture, representing CHAC publicly.

Support and develop our leadership team and organisational structure.

Ensure CHAC remains community-driven and culturally grounded.
