Wellbeing

There are number of programs that focus on Mental Health and Wellbeing, including: Youth Mental Health and Family Violence, Social & Emotional Wellbeing, Cancer Australia Healing Journey, Integrated Team Care and Lifestyle & Mind Balance. Each program takes a holistic approach to wellbeing in culturally inclusive and safe environments. 

Wellbeing Programs

CHAC's Mental Health and Family Violence Program offers culturally safe support to any Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people aged 12-25yrs in the community, as well as providing a culturally safe environment for those who do not identify, so that everyone is able to access and receive supports.

The Social and Emotional Wellbeing Program (SEWB) aims to support, improve and maintain the wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members as well as their families, in a culturally safe environment

Healing Journey is an Indigenous support program promoting a holistic community approach to cancer support within the municipality of Circular Head.
