Commonwealth Home Support Program & Home and Community Care

Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and Home And Community Care (HACC) provides frail, aged and disabled clients, both Indigenous Australian People/s and non-Indigenous Australians, with assistance in maintaining their independence at home.  Circular Head Aboriginal Corporation is also an approved aged care provider level one and level two, which is for MyAgedCare packages. (e.g domestic support)

Services available for CHSP & HACC Clients include:

• A Day Centre – with various activities
• Katie’s Corner, which offers a healthy two course lunch each Friday for CHSP, HACC clients and the wider community with an open door policy.
• Medical transport within Tasmania
• Home maintenance, lawn mowing and general gardening maintenance
• General support
• Referrals
• Specialised support services

•Social inclusion
